For more than 15 years he has been consulting on topics of strategy, growth and business process optimization to companies worldwide in various industries (manufacturing, trade, service) and to non-profit organizations.

In the early 1990s he discovered the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and since then has been employing successfully in numerous projects. As a Partner of the German TOC-Institute he has developed education programs in TOC and enjoys transferring his knowledge and experience in training courses.

Christoph Lenhartz studied Business Administration and Engineering Management in Germany and the US and earned the degrees of Diplom-Kaufmann and Master of Business Administration. He is a member of APICS - The Association for Operations Management, the German Federal Association of Economists and Business Managers (bdvb) and the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO).

He is the author of numerous articles on management and TOC and has given presentations on these topics at conferences.
